A lover of people, places and technology, Jeff has committed over three decades to simplifying the complex consumer sales, financing and closing processes, while also actively mentoring countless sales, management and paraprofessionals all across the country on vital topics such as relationship building, branding, process efficiency, systems and service excellence. More than just a trusted mentor, Jeff is also a skilled practitioner having successfully closed more than 15,000+ residential real estate transactions totaling well over $5,000,000,000 in sales. In addition to a successful salesman, Jeff is also a serial entrepreneur. Starting in the early 1990's, he founded one of the country's first VA (virtual assistant) services that remotely managed the closing pipelines for some of the Northeast's most successful conveyancing firms. Next, in the late 1990s, he founded New England's first regional settlement company and built one of real estate's first CRM platforms, ClicknClose™, which singularly streamlined an inherently inefficient closing process occupied by a frustrated industry of conveyancers, Realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders and title examiners. Highly transparent, communicative and ultra-efficient, this solution reduced the process of closing from 30 days to less than 10.
Then, in the early 2000s, Jeff built ClicknClear™ - the industry's first post-closing reconciliation platform which streamlined an antiquated and truly inefficient, yet surprisingly profitable, secondary market. Loved by busy conveyancers and their title insurance companies, it was a welcome tool enjoyed by many national correspondent lenders and servicing companies. So, in an industry plagued by decades of inefficiency, Jeff streamlined what many thought was simply impossible. Next up? The home loan process.
In 2005*, following decades on the closing side, Jeff engineered one of his proudest creations - ClicknCompare™. A powerful real estate platform, it was a huge innovation for consumers, as well as industry professionals, because it created a transparent "one-stop" portal to easily Find a home, the best Financing, then quickly Close (digitally) in much less time. Moreover, consumers benefited from two ingenious, pre-TRID (2015*) cost-saving safeguards: a GFE Fee Guarantee (so no consumer would overpay) and a proactive 7 day (prior to close) HUD-1 review process.
Just before the 2020 COVID pandemic hit, Jeff designed and developed an empowering mentor-based, service-centric and tech-infused national sales conference called High Tech, High Touch™. Founded and based on the FUNdamental™ principles of long-term relationship building and the power of today's mobile technology, HT2 will revitalize today's sales profession.
Lastly, Jeff is an incredibly proud Dad of two amazing special boys, an avid member of his community serving on multiple government, volunteer and corporate boards and an elite internationally respected football coach.
